Getting started with Wolfmates is easy. We’ve streamlined everything into three straightforward steps that take you from overwhelmed to supported in no time.

1. Reserve
Clients choose their plan (Monthly Membership, Concierge Kickstart, Home Reset Day, or Care Navigator Session) and pay a deposit or full fee to secure their spot. This guarantees your concierge’s availability and signals your team to begin planning immediately.

2. Customize
After booking, the family completes a brief questionnaire and schedules a 20‑minute planning call (included in the plan). You tailor the schedule, priorities and tasks to the family’s specific goals.

3. Relax
We handle the rest. We take care of everything for you. We manage personal care, errands, home care needs, organization and coordination, while providing daily updates so you can breathe easy and thrive at home.

Here’s what you can expect during each phase:
