Cancellation Policy
Service is determined as any reservation, booking, confirmation, and/or expected work to be performed as agreed by the Clients and Partners at the time of booking confirmation. This includes all scheduled services and agreed-upon work, irrespective of any subsequent changes or modifications, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The Service is for individuals seeking to obtain certain services (“Client”), businesses seeking to partner with Wolfmates to offer services (“Partner”), and any independent third-party contractors seeking to provide such services (“Wolfmates Provider”).
Please review the following terms for canceling services:
More than 72 hours before the scheduled service start time:
No cancellation fee will be charged.Between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled service start time:
A cancellation fee of 35% of the total service cost will be charged.Between 4 and 23 hours before the scheduled service start time:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.Between 1 and 3 hours before the scheduled service start time:
A cancellation fee of 90% of the total service cost will be charged.Less than 1 hour before the scheduled service start time (including no-shows):
A cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
We understand that plans can change. Wolfmates, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us as soon as possible.
