About Us
Who We Are
Wolfmates is a full-service, non-medical, in-home, life management and concierge company dedicated to helping older adults age in place safely, comfortably, and without compromise. We go beyond traditional care to offer hands-on support for daily living as a jack of all trades for seniors. We’re more than a non-medical in-home care provider; we’re a trusted partner in everyday living. Whether supporting clients at home or within senior communities, our team delivers hands-on assistance with errands, scheduling, technology, travel, home maintenance, and personal lifestyle needs.
Our services are as varied and flexible as the lives we support. While we cover all the essentials you’d expect, such as support with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) - meal prep, medication reminders, non-medical in-home care, light housekeeping, and transportation - Wolfmates goes far beyond the basics. Our team handles everything from tech support and personal errands to companionship, residence coordination, travel assistance, event planning, document management, and beyond.
Our purpose is simple: to ease the burdens of daily life so older adults can focus on what matters most in living well, staying independent, and feeling supported every step of the way.
Our Mission
To simplify daily life for elders to age in place through compassionate care and hands-on, concierge level support that preserves dignity, independence, and peace of mind.
Our Values
Quality: we are committed to delivering the highest standard of non-medical care and concierge support for older adults. Our team of dedicated professionals brings expertise, consistency, and attention to detail to every service we provide.
Ethics: we approach every service with integrity, respect, and a deep sense of responsibility. Our work is not just about getting things done, it’s about improving quality of life for older adults and offering peace of mind to their families. We uphold the highest ethical standards in caregiving, ensuring that every decision we make prioritizes the well-being, dignity, and safety of those we serve.
Reliability: we believe that reliability is the foundation of exceptional care. When you choose us, you're not just hiring a service, you're gaining a dependable partner who shows up with consistency, professionalism, and heart.
Safety: we always prioritize your safety and peace of mind. All caregivers and staff undergo thorough background checks and receive training in elder care safety, emergency response, and client confidentiality. Our team wears uniforms and carries ID badges for easy identification, and we strive to provide consistency to build trust and familiarity. Communication is handled securely, and clients are encouraged to share feedback after each visit.

Founder Story
As a little girl, I loved spending time with older adults listening to their stories, laughter, and wisdom. My favorite childhood memories were moments I spent with my grandpa reading, cooking, eating, talking, traveling, or just spending quality time with him as he aged and shared his life with me. Those moments left an imprint on my heart that has never faded. I grew up in a close-knit community where we cared for one another, but especially for our elders. I cannot imagine a world without the love, guidance, and presence of our older generations.
While at Penn State and after graduating, I volunteered in senior living communities and healthcare facilities. It opened my eyes to the quiet struggles many older adults face as they try to hold on to their independence. Simple things like paying bills, keeping up the house, and navigating technology became daily obstacles. What stayed with me was how painful it was to witness many seniors trying to navigate life on their own, without the care and support everyone should have as we grow older.
I sought to do something meaningful, something that would honor and support the generation that built so much for the rest of us. So I took everything I had, my business background, my hands-on experience, and my love for this work, and created Wolfmates. My vision was not just to offer care, but to build a service that truly sees the whole person: their emotional needs, their social needs, their practical needs, and their desire for dignity, companionship, and peace of mind.
