Role Overview
As a Wolfmates Lifestyle Concierge & Care Specialist, you will serve as a trusted partner to older adults and their families. This unique “all-in-one” role combines light caregiving, lifestyle support, household management, and companionship. You’ll anticipate needs, handle day-to-day tasks, and create meaningful experiences that help our clients live fully at home.
Key Responsibilities
Compassionate Care & Daily Living Support
Provide hands-on, non-medical assistance with daily routines including light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and medication reminders
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to help reduce isolation and build meaningful connections
Encourage and assist with light exercise or wellness activities as appropriate
Concierge & Lifestyle Management
Handle errands such as grocery shopping, prescription pickups, and personal shopping tailored to client preferences
Coordinate household needs including vendor visits, service appointments, and home organization tasks
Manage small but important details like package deliveries, waste management, and seasonal home readiness
Client Engagement & Advocacy
Organize and participate in enriching experiences including community outings, museum visits, family events, or hobby activities
Provide technology assistance, helping clients with smartphones, tablets, video calls, or online tasks to stay connected
Attend important appointments (medical, legal, or personal) as a note-taking advocate to ensure clarity and follow-up
Family Communication & WolfmatesIQ™ Support
Use the WolfmatesIQ™ platform to log visits, track tasks, and provide updates to families in real time
Maintain open, respectful communication with family members, ensuring peace of mind and transparency
Anticipate client and family needs, proactively suggesting services or support to enhance quality of life
Corporate Engagement & Internal Collaboration
Participate in Wolfmates team meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions to align with company goals
Represent Wolfmates professionally at office events, company gatherings, and community-facing initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues and managers to share best practices, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless client coverage
Provide input to improve WolfmatesIQ™ systems, service offerings, and internal workflows
Uphold Wolfmates’ values and serve as an ambassador for our brand both in the field and at the office
Professional Standards & Reliability
Demonstrate consistency, punctuality, and professionalism in every client interaction
Uphold Wolfmates’ values of dignity, independence, and respect in service delivery
Adhere to all safety protocols, background check requirements, and confidentiality standards
Skills & Qualifications
Compassionate, professional, and highly reliable
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Tech savvy: able to help seniors with smartphones, tablets, and online tasks
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Some college education (undergraduate or postgraduate coursework preferred)
Prior hospitality, personal assistant, or concierge experience
Caregiving experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and/or Hospitality Aide (HA)
Hiring Requirements
Must be 21+ and US-based
Eligible to work as a W-2 employee
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Comfortable wearing uniform/ID and adhering to client confidentiality
Must be willing to sign non-disclosure agreements

Driver / Lifestyle Transport Assistant – Wolfmates

Role Overview
As a Wolfmates Driver, you’ll do more than drive. You’ll serve as a concierge transport assistant helping seniors travel safely and stress-free. From providing a steady arm during transfers, to assisting with bags, to staying during appointments for note-taking or companionship, you’ll bring peace of mind to both clients and their families.
Key Responsibilitie
Safe & Dignified Transportation
Provide reliable, timely, and safe transportation for clients to medical appointments, errands, social outings, and special events
Assist with door-to-door mobility, offering a steady arm, carrying bags, and ensuring safe entry/exit from homes, vehicles, and destinations
Maintain a clean, insured, and well-kept vehicle that reflects Wolfmates’ premium brand standards
Monitor schedules and routes to ensure punctuality and smooth travel experiences
Concierge Travel & Lifestyle Support
Accompany clients into appointments when requested, providing note-taking, advocacy, or companionship
Assist with event travel coordination such as weddings, graduations, and family gatherings
Support long-distance or airport travel, including luggage handling and in-terminal assistance
Proactively suggest and coordinate safe, enriching local outings to promote independence and social connection
Client Engagement & Advocacy
Build trust and rapport with clients by delivering professional, empathetic, and respectful service
Offer companionship during drives and outings, supporting emotional well-being along with practical needs
Provide feedback to families and the Wolfmates team about client preferences, mobility challenges, or safety concerns
Family Communication & WolfmatesIQ™ Support
Log trip details, client updates, and notes into WolfmatesIQ™ to ensure families remain informed
Partner with other Wolfmates Care Specialists and Concierges to ensure seamless client support
Keep communication clear and professional with both clients and families
Corporate Engagement & Internal Collaboration
Attend Wolfmates team meetings, office trainings, and company events to stay aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with team members and managers to improve workflows, scheduling, and client coverage
Participate in Wolfmates’ community engagement events, serving as a brand ambassador both on and off the road
Contribute input on WolfmatesIQ™ updates and internal safety protocols
Professional Standards & Reliability
Demonstrate punctuality, discretion, and professionalism in every assignment

Skills & Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong interpersonal skills and patience with older adults
Ability to assist with light mobility support (steadying, carrying items)
Familiarity with GPS and reliable navigation
Some college education (undergrad or postgraduate coursework preferred)
Prior experience in chauffeuring, caregiving, concierge, or hospitality roles preferred
Hiring Requirements
Must be 25+ (for insurance purposes)
US-based and eligible for W-2 employment
Must pass background check and driving record review
Your vehicle must meet Wolfmates’ standards (safety, cleanliness, insurance coverage)
Must wear uniform/ID during client interactions
