One-Time Placement & Advisory Services
What’s included
Support Match is an introduction and advisory service provided by Wolfmates. Through this service, individuals or families receive 2-3 personalized introductions to independent providers, such as caregivers, drivers, household helpers, personal assistants, or other support staff, based on your stated needs, preferences, and budget. Introductions are delivered within 30 days of your consultation. Please note that Support Match is not an employment agency and does not serve as the employer of record for any provider or person introduced. You are solely responsible for all interviewing, background checks, contracting, payment, supervision, onboarding, and employment arrangements with providers. We make no guarantees regarding hiring outcomes or the performance of independent providers.
Disclaimer: Support Match provides introductions only. Wolfmates, Support Match, and Elise are not the employer of record, nor do they assume responsibility or liability for any employment decisions or contractual relationships that may result from these introductions. All hiring, contracting, onboarding, employment and payment arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the family or individual(s).
Consultation
-
60 to 90 minutes (phone or video call).
-
$250 one-time, non-refundable consultation fee. Payment must be received in full before any scheduling, conversations, or services begin. No work, search, or placement activity will be initiated until this fee is paid.
-
First, we review your family’s needs, budget, and preferences. Then, you receive a written action plan with vetted recommendations and next steps.
Lead Introductions
-
Introductions delivered within 30 days of the consultation.
-
$500 to $1,000 one-time placement fee (based on scope of work).
The exact placement fee will be confirmed during your consultation. Families may choose to opt out at that time. However, once the consultation is complete and the placement fee is agreed upon, payment in full is required before any introductions are released. No candidate information, referrals, or introductions will be provided until this fee has been paid.
-
Introductions are provided within 30 days of your consultation. You will receive 2 to 3 strong, personalized leads based on your family’s needs, preferences, and budget.
The placement fee ($500 - $1,000, confirmed during consultation) is due in full before any introductions are released. Families do not pay the placement fee until introductions are ready, but payment must be received prior to receiving any introduction or lead information.
If no introductions are identified within the initial 30-day period, families may extend placement beyond 30 days. A new $250 consultation fee will be collected to continue the search for another 30 days, and the placement fee will remain due once introductions are provided.
-
We conduct a personalized search and match based on your criteria. Families are responsible for interviewing, contracting, hiring, and any onboarding directly.
(Add-On, Optional) Check-In
-
30-minute follow-up call, scheduled approximately 2 weeks after lead introductions are delivered.
-
$150 flat fee, non-refundable, and optional. Since this is an add-on, the fee is billed separately.
-
About two weeks after introductions are provided, we schedule a 30-minute call to review how the matches are progressing. It’s an opportunity to discuss your experience with the introductions, address any challenges, and provide additional guidance or resources if needed. Support Match, Wolfmates, or Elise do not employ, onboard, or supervise providers directly; families remain responsible for all communication and arrangements.
Why this service works:
We take the stress out of finding the right support by combining professional guidance with a clear, structured process. You don’t have to waste hours searching or guessing if someone is trustworthy. Instead, we listen carefully to your needs, budget, and preferences, then introduce you to 2 to 3 strong, personalized options within 30 days. You stay in full control, you choose who to move forward with, how you want to set up arrangements, and what works best for you or your family. You get a head start by narrowing the field to vetted, reliable options, which saves you time, energy, and costly mistakes.

Founder Note
Just to share a little background…before starting Wolfmates, at the start of my career, I supported senior leaders in finance before transitioning into leadership roles in FinTech, startups, and government, where I gained experience streamlining processes and building systems for growth.
My primary focus was on seniors when I launched Wolfmates, and many of our clients are adult children looking for support for their aging parents. Over time, I noticed that those same families began reaching out for help with their own household and family needs. They needed support from drivers to personal assistants to home helpers. The demand was very clear, so I expanded our scope to include family services as a natural extension of what we already do.
With Support Match, my goal is to make the process of finding the right help simple. I’m very intentional about ensuring the right fit so that all parties involved feel supported and satisfied.
Warmly,
Elise
